Woman Is Suing KFC For 20 Million Dollars And It Has People Across America Angry With Her [video]

Ann Wurtzburger age 64 has filed a lawsuit against Kentucky Fried Chicken for $20 million because of something absolutely ridiculous.

You might assume that something terrible happened to Wurtzburger for suing the fast food giant for so much money. That would make sence right? Think that went through my mind is might think she slipped and fell, or was fed cleaning solution in her drink instead of Coca Cola. Or maybe her grandchild choked on a chicken bone and died. I mean 20 million is a lot it had to be terrible.

Wrong. Nothing at all like this happened to Wurtzburger. This lady decided to sue the fried chicken establishment because she’s actually a money-grubbing swindler. She’s suing KFC for $20,000,000 because the bucket of chicken she paid $20 for was only half full of chicken… you read that right she is suing them because her bucket of chicken is only half full.

You might be wondering, ‘why didn’t she just go back in the store and ask them to fill it up?’ If so, you are a normal human who deserves a place in the American society.

This grandma would rather use their mistake as an opportunity to line her pocketbook.
As she said: “I came home and said, ‘Where’s the chicken?’ I thought I was going to have a couple of meals. They’re showing a bucket that’s overflowing with chicken. You get half a bucket! That’s false advertising, and it doesn’t feed the whole family. They’re small pieces!”

After confronting the store, she admitted that KFC offered her $70 worth of gift certificates to right their wrong. But she sent them back because this is about “the principle of the matter” and not the money.
She then said: “Sometimes you gotta hit people where they feel the hurt. For me, a corporation like that – would be in the pocketbook.”

To me it seems like KFC went above and beyond by offering her $70 worth of food when she only paid $20 in the first place.

In truth, she didn’t receive less than she was supposed to. The patient people at KFC explained that the photo ads of the chicken look like that so customers can see the chicken. She got 8 pieces of chicken, but she wasn’t going to let this go.

Meanwhile, KFC is laughing at her. They have asked the court to dismiss the nonsensical lawsuit.
